Refund policy
What can be returned?
We will happily replace a misprinted, damaged, or defective product within 30 days of the order being received by you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with the original tags intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns for:

Size Exchanges: We recommend carefully reviewing our size charts before placing your order.

Buyer's Remorse: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items you simply don't want anymore.

Items Outside the 30-Day Window: All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or gift cards.
How to request a return:
To request a return for a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please follow these steps:

In your email, please provide your order number, a description of the issue with the item, and photos of the damage or defect (if applicable).

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and verified the issue. If approved, you will automatically be issued a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs:
We will cover the shipping cost for returning misprinted, damaged, or defective items.
